Alana speaks about the importance of breath and shares breathing exercises that help reduce stress, relax muscles and oxygenate every cell in the body. Breathing deeply helps with the functionality of every system in the body and improves mental concentration and physical stamina. One's blood pressure can also lower as endorphins are released, which improves feelings of well-being and provides pain-relief.
